About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will support end-to-end hiring across various roles in the optical and retail industry. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles (sourcing, screening, interviews, job offers).
  • Use job boards, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing to attract qualified talent.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for high-volume and urgent positions.
  • Conduct initial interviews and endorse shortlisted applicants to hiring managers.

Coordination & Candidate Experience

  • Schedule interviews, assessments, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates from application to onboarding.
  • Support employer branding efforts on job portals and social media.

Recruitment Reporting & Compliance

  • Update trackers, job postings, and applicant status in HR systems.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
  • Ensure hiring activities comply with policies and labor requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years recruitment experience (preferably in retail, lifestyle, or high-volume hiring).
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple roles at once.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ATS/HRIS tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
