We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Head to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. This leadership role demands strong communication skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to align HR strategies with business goals.

Role Description:

This is a full-time remote position for a Human Resources Director. The HR Director will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, and managing employee relations. Duties include administering performance management systems, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and facilitating organizational development initiatives. The role requires strong leadership skills to guide the HR team and support the company's strategic objectives. Additionally, you will oversee the recruitment team to ensure timely closing of client boards by providing the right VA candidates.
