About the role

We are seeking a Seasonal Account | Customer Care Representative to join our team at YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION' in Pampanga Central Luzon. This is a full-time position focused on providing exceptional customer service to our healthcare account clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound customer calls and inquiries
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns efficiently and effectively
  • Providing accurate information and guidance to customers
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  • Actively listening to customers and demonstrating empathy
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry is preferred
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
