Job Summary:

The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of the Human Resources function, ensuring the smooth implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with organizational goals. This role is responsible for driving recruitment efforts, employee engagement, training, and compliance with labor regulations while developing and leading the HR team to support a productive and positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment process to attract, select, and retain qualified talent for all departments.
  • Develop manpower planning strategies to support business growth and operational needs.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Foster a positive workplace environment through effective communication, employee engagement programs, and grievance management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, Philippine labor laws, and government regulations.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and government-mandated contributions.
  • Recommend improvements in compensation structure to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
  • Training & Development:
  • Design and implement training programs to build employee skills and improve performance.
  • Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Policy Development & Compliance:
  • Formulate, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Performance Management:
  • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
  • Provide guidance to managers on coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
  • HR Data & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports for management review.
  • Use HR metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Manage, coach, and develop the HR team to ensure high performance and professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive HR experience across recruitment, employee relations, C&B, training, labor relations, and compliance.
  • At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory HR role, with a proven ability to lead a team effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; HRIS experience is an advantage.
  • Willing to work onsite in Mabalacat City, Pampanga.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
