We are looking for a Human Resource Specialist who is passionate about people, driven by results, and ready to contribute to the growth of our company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Support employee relations by addressing concerns objectively yet empathetically
  • Oversee HR policies, records, and compliance with labor laws
  • Coordinate training, development, and performance evaluations
  • Handle HR reporting, documentation, and manpower planning
  • Occasionally assist HR operations in Baguio branch

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1–2 years of HR work experience (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply)
  • Knowledge in recruitment, employee relations, and HR policies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Objective in judgment, empathetic in approach
  • Willing to be based in La Union and travel to Baguio when needed
