Human Resources Manager

San Fernando, Pampanga | Full-time, On-site

We're looking for an experienced HR Manager who can take full ownership of managing people and processes for a growing businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee selection
  • Oversee sales team and employees' attendance, performance, and compliance
  • Issue memos, incident reports, and disciplinary actions as needed
  • Supervise employee-led training sessions and sales seminars
  • Monitor and support commission-based sales agents and staff
  • Provide HR guidance and ensure a positive, productive workplace

Qualifications

  • Strong background in HR, recruitment, and people management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employee compliance
  • Ability to work independently without micromanagement
  • Organized, proactive, and professional attitude
