The CRM Service Developer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and integrating customer relationship management (CRM) systems that support business operations and client / partner engagement. The role focuses on enhancing CRM functionality, ensuring smooth data flow across platforms, and improving user experience through effective system integrations and automation.

Proficiency in Salesforce (particularly Sales and Marketing Cloud) is a strong advantage, though experience in other CRM platforms will also be considered. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in system integration, API development, and encryption protocols.

  • Design, develop, and maintain CRM solutions that support sales, marketing, and service operations
  • Integrate CRM platforms with internal and external systems using APIs and middleware
  • Customize and enhance CRM modules and workflows based on business requirements
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance through encryption and best coding practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver enhancements
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, version control, and release notes
  • Continuously evaluate CRM performance and recommend system improvements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in CRM development, systems integration, or related technical roles
  • Experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud) is a plus
  • Proficient in APEX, PHP, and API integration and encryption
  • Familiar with REST/SOAP web services, data mapping, and middleware technologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple development tasks simultaneously
