Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support related to billing, account inquiries, and product or service sales.
  • Address customer concerns efficiently, ensuring first-contact resolution whenever possible.
  • Promote and upsell relevant products or services based on customer needs.
  • Process payments, account updates, and billing adjustments accurately.
  • Document all interactions and maintain updated records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance targets, including sales, quality, and productivity metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Graduate or K-12 Graduate (required).

  • Experience:

  • At least 6 months of sales experience (BPO or non-BPO background accepted).

  • Adapters with relevant sales exposure are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer focus, persuasive skills, and a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Amenable to work on a Day to Midshift schedule aligned with Australian operations.
  • Willing to work onsite
