CLIENT Our client is an all-Filipino cement manufacturing company in the Philippines. JOB DESCRIPTION Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and expand market presence. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions as needed. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.

JOB QUALIFICATION Minimum of 15 to 20 years of experience in sales within the cement industry. (Preferably within VisMin region) Strong leadership and team management skills.

Strong understanding of the cement market dynamics, customer segments, and competitive landscape across the Philippines. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers, partners, and team members.
