We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Reserves Engineer to support mineral resource and ore reserve estimation activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with geologists, mining engineers, and planning teams to ensure accurate resource modelling and reporting in line with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the estimation and classification of mineral resources and ore reserves.
  • Compile and analyze geological, mining, and metallurgical data to support reserve calculations.
  • Support the preparation of technical reports, including reserve statements and disclosures.
  • Use geological modelling and mine planning software to support block models and mine designs.
  • Conduct pit optimization, mine scheduling, and economic evaluations under guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant reporting codes.
  • Collaborate with exploration, mine planning, and production teams to maintain data integrity.
  • Participate in audits and reviews conducted by internal or external consultants.
