As a Junior Software Engineering, you will be designing and delivering solutions that scale to meet the needs of our organization, learn industry best practices, and contribute to delivering high-quality, accessible, and reliable features. This role will give you exposure to agile development practices, coding standards, accessibility requirements, and defect resolution.

In this role, you will

  • Assist in analyzing requirements and understanding design specifications.
  • Contribute to writing clean, maintainable code under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Help identify and fix software defects, including accessibility-related issues.
  • Write unit tests and participate in debugging sessions.
  • Participate in team code review sessions to learn coding best practices.
  • Collaborate with teammates in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
  • Support documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Technical Skills & Knowledge

  • 1-2 years of hand-on experience with .NET 6+ / .NET Core / .NET Framework.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience in writing unit and integration tests.

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related engineering field (pursuing or recently completed).
  • Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and problem-solving.
  • Exposure front-end frameworks like React and Angular
  • Familiarity with Git & TFS.
  • Interest in accessibility, inclusive design, and learning how to build software for all users.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
