Job Title: Accounting Officer

Job Descriptions:

BIR and Government Payables:

Encoding and preparation of SSS, PHIC & HDMF Contributions;

Online filing of SSS and PHIC;

Preparation of monthly remittances forms;

Filing of paid contributions to corresponding file folders.

Bookkeeping and Audit Reports:

Encoding of check voucher expenses and receipts;

Proper filing of check vouchers and expenses;

Preparation of income taxes withheld from employees.

Billing and Collection:

Posting of payments to Billing Invoices and Summary of Billings.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or of any related course;

Experience in architectural office management is an advantage;

Knowledgeable of standard office administrative practices and procedures;

Interested applicants must be well versed in MS Office and highly organized;

Must have strong initiative skills and can work with minimal supervision;

Must have a strong inter-personal and communication skills;

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Monday to Thursday (8am to 6pm)

Friday (8am to 5pm) 

Supplemental pay types:

13th month salary
