Position Summary

​We are seeking a highly creative, experienced, and detail-oriented Business Presentation Specialist (PowerPoint)to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in transforming complex business concepts, data, and insights into visually stunning, clear, and compelling presentations that drive communication, engagement, and decision-making for internal and external stakeholders. This role requires advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and a strong understanding of graphic design and corporate storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • ​Design and Development: Design, format, and enhance high-quality, on-brand, and impactful business presentations, proposals, and marketing materials using advanced features of Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • ​Visual Storytelling: Translate complex or abstract information (data, strategies, reports) into clear, concise, and engaging visual formats, including charts, graphs, infographics, and custom graphics.
  • ​Collaboration: Partner closely with subject matter experts, executive leadership, sales, and marketing teams to understand presentation objectives, audience needs, and key messaging.
  • ​Brand Consistency: Ensure strict adherence to corporate brand guidelines, visual identity, and presentation style across all deliverables, maintaining a consistent and professional look.
  • ​Template Management: Develop, maintain, and update an organized library of presentation templates, masters, and design assets for organizational use, training internal teams as needed.
  • ​Enhancement and Editing: Edit, refine, and rework existing presentation drafts to improve flow, clarity, visual impact, and consistency.
  • ​Project Management: Manage multiple presentation projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and consistently meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • ​Quality Control: Proofread and QA all presentations for accuracy in content, data representation, grammar, formatting, and overall visual quality.
  • ​Stay Current: Remain up-to-date with the latest presentation design trends, software capabilities, and visual communication best practices.

Administrative and Support Duties

  • ​Administrative Support: During periods of lower presentation volume or project downtime, the candidate will assist his or her manager with various business administrative tasks, which may include calendar management, document organization, research, report compilation, and general office coordination.
