The Nestle Supply Chain Development Specialist will play a crucial role in optimizing and improving the key events and activities of supply chain & procurement within Nestle Philippines. This position will be responsible for identifying and implementing innovative events & forums to ensure & foster continuous engagement within the supply chain community. Moreover, the role will also manage the content and publication of the division's newsletter through collaboration with all departments and functions streams in supply chain & procurement. The Supply Chain Development Specialist will also provide support to the SC Development team in its overall activities and plans year-on-year plus will also oversee & perform administrative tasks that may be required by our Supply Chain Director in relation to the division's operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the entire process of end-to-end ideation of Supply Chain & Procurement programs, encompassing everything from initial concept development to final execution.
  • Lead and drive new Supply Chain engagement activities, in accordance with the objectives of SC Development and HR.
  • Manage and create periodic content for the Supply Chain Newsletter.
  • Plan and execute the communication of SC Development and HR's programsthrough the video wall, email and other relevant media.
  • Support meeting and other administrative requirements for key events for Supply Chain Director and Supply Chain stakeholders in the Market and Zone.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a multinational FMCG or manufacturing company
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, processes, and best practices.
  • Proficient in communication, presentation & creative tools (i.e. Canva, Powerpoint)
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proactive and innovative mindset with a passion for driving change and improvement.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
