About the Role

We're looking for a driven and resourceful Headhunter to join our growing recruitment team If you have a passion for connecting talented professionals with the right opportunities, enjoy sourcing top-tier candidates, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-driven environment — this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Headhunt passive candidates through different channels (LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for present and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to ensure smooth and timely placements.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Headhunter or Recruitment Specialist (preferably in an agency setting).
  • Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup (BGC, Taguig).
  • Can start ASAP.
