In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Based in our Cebu office, you will be part of a growing call centre operation serving a diverse range of customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to inbound customer enquiries and resolving issues efficiently and effectively
  • Providing accurate information and recommendations to customers

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the service industry
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve customer queries
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
