  • Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the warehouse and its inventory to maintain a customer-ready environment.
  • Plan and coordinate showroom mock-ups, product installations, fleet and personnel movements (pull-ins and pull-outs), and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure all operational activities comply with established company standards, protocols, and procedures.
  • Manage and disburse petty cash for operational needs, ensuring accurate documentation, accountability, and timely replenishment.
  • Inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy in quantity and quality prior to acceptance.
  • Monitor and track product repairs and customer complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and effective service recovery.
  • Conduct regular audits related to product transportation and oversee warehouse operations, including off-site storage locations.
  • Support store leadership in day-to-day operations and provide guidance and training to junior staff when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or operational role within a retail or showroom environment.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, with demonstrated experience in logistics, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; working knowledge of inventory or POS systems is an advantage.

Pay: Php80, Php85,000.00 per month
