About the role

Megaworld Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Client Care Associate to join our dynamic Shared Services team. As a Client Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels. This full-time role is based in our Taguig City office, offering you the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns and requests in a prompt and professional manner
  2. Assist clients with account-related matters, troubleshooting and problem resolution
  3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and follow-up actions
  4. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to management
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  6. Continuously improve your knowledge and skills to provide the best possible support to our clients

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the service industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle client inquiries and concerns
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
  6. Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
