About the role

Join our dynamic team at MM Royalcare Marketing Services Inc. as a [Hybrid] Customer Care Associate. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. With a hybrid work model, you'll have the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site in our Taguig City, Metro Manila office.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience
  3. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer needs
  5. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
  6. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software applications
  5. Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
