About the role

Top1Movers Worldwide Inc. is seeking a talented Customer Care Associate to join our dynamic team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time, fixed-term and hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their moving experience is seamless and exceeds their expectations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  2. Accurately logging and documenting all customer interactions and resolutions
  3. Proactively identifying and resolving customer issues to enhance their overall satisfaction
  4. Providing updates on the status of customer orders and services
  5. Collaborating with the wider team to ensure consistent and high-quality customer experience
  6. Participating in training and development opportunities to continuously improve your skills

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role in healthcare account handling Eligibility, Claims & Benefits
  2. College Graduate / With Diploma & TOR in hand
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to effectively handle customer inquiries
  5. Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  6. Fluency in English and the local language
  7. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a positive attitude
