About the role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Benefits Care Associate to join our team at Valeros Velasco Tabernilla Proverify INC.' in Taguig City Metro Manila. This is a full-time role that will see you playing a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service to our healthcare clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to inbound customer calls and emails, providing assistance and information on healthcare benefits and claims
  2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues with empathy and professionalism
  3. Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  5. Identify opportunities to enhance processes and improve customer satisfaction
  6. Participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge and skills

What we're looking for

  1. Strong customer service experience, ideally within a call centre or healthcare environment
  2. Have a solid 1 year healthcare experience handling of the following (Eligibility, claims or Benefits)
  3. Excellent communication and active listening skills
  4. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  5. Solid problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  6. Familiarity with healthcare benefits and claims processes
  7. Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  8. High school diploma or equivalent
