  • To do fieldworks specifically saturations of feasible location and client meetings.
  • To support management to meet their target store openings for the year.
  • Assist the BD Officer to conduct marketing/location studies.
  • Execute the acquisition of locations through email, phone and walk-in inquiry.
  • To ensure that business development documents are well organized and easily auditable.
  • Maintain Business Contact lists
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.

  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.

  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in: business, finance, economics, or related field

  • At least 1 year (s) 1 experience in related field. Sales Background is a plus but not required
  • The ability to travel as needed.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google suite and other relevant platforms for presentation and reporting
