We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess intermediate to advanced communication skills and have a strong analytical mindset. This role is crucial for ensuring quality standards are met across voice and non-voice channels while driving improvements through coaching and calibration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct 60–80 QA audits weekly for both voice and non-voice interactions.

● Lead triad coaching sessions for critical cases, including Zero Tolerance Policy (ZTP) incidents and immediate callouts.

● Lead triad coaching sessions for agents enrolled in Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).

● Facilitate QA calibrations twice a month for leadership and once a month for agents.

● Plan and execute occasional QA initiatives, including workshops, engagement activities, quizzes, and other team-building exercises.

● Ensure the timely delivery of tasks and maintain high standards of efficiency and accuracy.

● Leverage prior experience in auditing Sales Campaigns, with a focus on evaluating conversion techniques, compliance, and customer experience.

Qualifications:

● Intermediate to advanced communication skills (verbal and written).

● Strong analytical abilities with a focus on efficiency and timely task completion.

● Experience in QA auditing for both voice and non-voice channels is an advantage.

● Proven track record of facilitating coaching and calibration sessions.

● Creative approach to team engagement and development activities.
