About the Role:

We're looking for a
Senior HR Generalist
with a strong background in
US payroll
,
workforce planning
, and
last-mile logistics operations
. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience supporting DSPs, fleet management, and data-driven HR strategies — we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support workforce planning initiatives

  • Oversee fleet management processes

  • Collaborate with AMZ/DSP/Last Mile teams

  • Manage end-to-end US payroll processing

  • Analyze HR and operational data to support decision-making

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of
    3 years' experience in US payroll
    (handling 300+ employees preferred)

  • Familiarity with
    ADP
    is required;
    Paycom
    experience is a plus

  • Experience managing payroll across
    multiple companies
    on a
    weekly or bi-weekly cycle

  • Knowledge of
    California payroll laws
    is a strong advantage

  • Background in
    logistics or last-mile delivery operations
    is highly preferred

  • Advanced proficiency in
    Microsoft Excel
    and solid command of Google Workspace or MS Office tools.
