We are looking for a skilled and experienced freelance bookkeeper to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate should have experience servicing U.S.-based accounts and be available to work during U.S. business hours. This role is open for both part-time and full-time engagement.

Candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years of total bookkeeping experience to be considered for this position.

Requirements:

  • QuickBooks Online – At least 3 years of hands-on experience
  • Excel & Google Sheets – Proficient with at least 3 years of experience
  • Full Month-End Close Process – At least 2 years of experience
  • Bank Reconciliations – At least 3 years of experience
  • Posting Vendor Bills – At least 3 years of experience
  • Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable – At least 3 years of experience
  • Experience Managing Multiple Clients/Accounts – Preferred
  • Servicing U.S.-Based Accounts – Required
  • Availability During U.S. Working Hours – Required
  • Flexible U.S. Timezone Availability – Candidates must be available to work within any U.S. timezone as required

Responsibilities:

  • Perform full Month-End Close process, including reconciliations and reporting
  • Maintain accurate financial records for multiple clients
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations
  • Handle AP/AR and vendor bill postings
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with U.S. accounting standards

Remote (Work from Home)

Part-Time or Full-Time

Must be available during U.S. working hours
