Job Description:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns specifically tailored to promote EOR and global employment solutions.
  • Create compelling marketing materials and content (brochures, social media posts, case studies, email newsletters) highlighting EOR benefits and compliance expertise.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential client industries and emerging trends in the HR, outsourcing, and remote work sectors.
  • Manage the company's digital presence — including website, SEO, and social media platforms — to increase engagement and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the HR and operations teams to align marketing strategies with talent acquisition initiatives and overall business objectives.
  • Plan and coordinate webinars, virtual events, and partnerships that position the company as a thought leader in the EOR space.
  • Track, analyze, and report marketing campaign performance and recommend strategies for optimization.
  • Ensure all marketing communications comply with the company's brand standards and EOR industry regulations.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related roles (depending on level).
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, email marketing).
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of current marketing trends.
