QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a BS Marketing, Management or any Business course graduate from a reputable university.
  • At least 3-4years experience in Sales and Marketing, with "ground level" or "startup" experience in Multinational Distribution companies.
  • At least 3-4 yrs experience in foreseeing Demographics of Visayas Area with strong research, analytical and in-depth knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Extensive knowledge in Retail Operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Has the ability to lead, train and coach Sales Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitoring of Key Accounts and ensures sales growth;
  • Responsible for achievement of sales targets.
  • Implement and monitor Sales and Merchandising Operations.
  • Aligns operational activities and objectives towards the sales team and Key Accounts based on Business Review and Strategic planning;
  • Oversee the routine and business development activities of direct sales force and merchandisers.
  • Regularly reports progress to the Regional Sales Manager
  • Will handle Whole Negros and Panay Area.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
