Marketing Sales Lead

Responsibilities:

  • Assists in designing and implementing marketing programs for the assigned project area.
  • Sources and recruits sellers to broaden networks on the area.
  • Conducts trainings to sales teams for proper product knowledge and effective sales
  • Manages marketing operations, from pre-closing to closing of sales and after-sales services.
  • Promotes harmonious relationships with the sales groups and provides excellent customer service
  • Monitors and oversees lot inventories.
  • Supervises the daily activities of the marketing assistants.
  • Manages proper administration and marketing operations processes.
  • Reports and do other related tasks as determined by the direct superior

Requirements:

  • Must have completed a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or any business course
  • Those with at least 2 years of experience in a team leader capacity in a marketing set-up will have an advantage.
  • With excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and networking skills
  • Must be creative, flexible, hardworking, aggressive, and a team player
  • Willing to travel around Visayas area
