Job Description – Customer Retention Specialist (BGC)
We are looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our Retention team in Bonifacio Global City. This role is perfect for candidates with at least 6 months of BPO experience who want to grow their career in a stable and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer retention calls and provide excellent customer service.
- Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and promote loyalty by offering solutions tailored to client needs.
- Manage accounts efficiently while ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Work on shifting schedules and adapt to a fast-paced international account.
Qualifications:
- At least Senior High School graduate.
- Minimum of 6 months BPO experience handling an international account.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules in BGC.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary package based on BPO experience:
₱25,769 + ₱4,250 allowance (6 months BPO)
- ₱30,769 + ₱4,250 allowance (12–36 months BPO)
- ₱35,769 + ₱4,250 allowance (above 36 months BPO)
