Game Operations Specialist

Responsible for the daily execution of game operations, ensuring a smooth player experience and achieving platform performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor platform game data and player behavior; analyze key metrics such as Net NPL and betting participation, and adjust game order based on performance and operational rules;
  • Launch new games that meet platform requirements, and promptly remove games or providers under maintenance or non-compliance;
  • Possesses sharp market insight, proactively identifies high-potential games, and formulates effective game ranking and recommendation strategies to enhance player engagement and retention.
  • Coordinate and support promotional campaigns in collaboration with game providers;
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Tech, Customer Service, Design, etc.) to ensure smooth activity launches and timely issue resolution;
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly game operation reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations;
  • Ensure all platform content and activities comply with regulatory standards (e.g., PAGCOR requirements), and provide corrective reports when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in game platform or game operations preferred;
  • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel and backend configuration processes;
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and accountability;
  • Fluent in English is an advantage.
