About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Supervisor to own the growth and marketing side of our e-commerce brand. This is a strategic and hands-on role — you'll plan GTM campaigns, execute across platforms, and expand our marketing and sales channels with minimal instruction.

Key Responsbilities


• Plan and execute GTM campaigns: product launches, promos, bundles, and seasonal sales.


• Upload and manage products/promotions across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop.


• Lead PR, influencer gifting, and affiliate programs.


• Manage email/SMS campaigns and our private VIP/loyalty customer group.


• Research, test, and launch new marketing channels (live selling, affiliates, PR collabs, SEO).


• Identify and open new sales channels (marketplaces, consignment, wholesale, pop-ups).


• Consolidate weekly marketing performance reports and recommend optimizations.


• Attend brand photoshoots and collaborate with creatives.


• Be present in the office 2–4x a month for alignment and coordination.

Qualifications


• 3–5 years experience in e-commerce / digital marketing (retail, fashion, or lifestyle preferred).


• Strong knowledge of campaign planning, PR/influencer marketing, and retention (email/SMS/loyalty).


• Hands-on skills: product uploads, email campaign setup, promo mechanics.


• Growth mindset — proactive in adding new marketing and sales channels.


• Able to lead projects with minimal supervision and coordinate across multiple teams.


• Willing to attend shoots and come to the office several times per month.
