Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for LPG products: including growth plans, new market development, conversions, and retention.
- Meet or exceed annual business plan targets: volume, revenue, margin, market share, customer acquisition and retention.
- Manage and motivate the regional sales team and distributor/partner network: recruit, train, coach and develop talent; ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Expand B2B (industrial/commercial) and B2C (household/residential) accounts: identify prospects, secure new contracts, and convert customers from competitor brands.
- Monitor key metrics and operational performance: days of sales outstanding (DSO), operating expenses, account retention, stock and cylinder inventory, logistics/operations.
- Liaise with internal functions: marketing, operations, finance, supply chain, safety & compliance; ensure that promotional activities, pricing strategies, and delivery logistics are aligned.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment, security and other regulatory standards (especially important in LPG business).
- Provide regular business reports and forecasts to senior management; analyse market trends, competitor activity, customer feedback and recommend actionable initiatives.
- Develop and manage distributor/partner relationships and performance: set KPIs, review business performance, ensure proper pricing, credit/receivable management, inventory levels.

Pay: Php70, Php75,000.00 per month
