Position Title: Regional Sales Head for VisMin JOB PURPOSE The position is primarily responsible for driving the business results and operational performance of the assigned region. The Regional Sales Head provides strategic direction to ensure cost efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness of personnel across all areas within the region—aimed at achieving operational excellence and sustained profitability. The role also oversees region-wide branch operations and coordinates closely with support units to enable continuous growth and alignment with corporate goals. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES A. Planning and Direction-Setting Supports the Branch Sales Head in defining overall targets and strategies aligned with corporate goals and priorities. Allocates regional targets and implements approved strategies across all areas within the region. Cascades corporate goals, strategies, and operating plans to Area Heads for execution and accountability. Reviews and approves area-level strategies, budgets, and operational plans prepared by Area Heads. Consolidates all area plans and budgets into a comprehensive regional operating plan for the Branch Channel Head’s review and approval. B. Regional Performance Monitoring Oversees and tracks the region’s overall sales and operational performance against plans, forecasts, and targets, ensuring continuous optimization. Reviews sales reports (service quality, sales volume, profit levels) to evaluate and compare area performance; provides guidance to Area Heads and recalibrates plans as needed. Consolidates and presents performance summaries, analyses, and recommendations to the Branch Sales Head for decision-making. Monitors implementation of approved marketing programs across the region; evaluates and endorses local marketing initiatives proposed by Area Heads. Evaluates and approves recommendations from Area Heads regarding competitor activities and market strategies. Ensures branch security by monitoring updates from Area Heads on any critical incidents or risks. Tracks the pull-out and delivery status of foreclosed items to Head Office through the Area Technical Officer. Conducts random branch and area spot checks to evaluate performance, compliance, and adherence to company standards. Initiates feasibility studies and recommends localized marketing or product development initiatives to support growth. C. Branch Expansion, Repair, Transfer, and Closure Establishes criteria for branch expansion and area development in collaboration with the Branch Sales Head and Head of Sales. Evaluates and gives initial approval to Area Heads’ recommendations regarding branch repairs, transfers, or closures. Reviews and endorses branch expansion proposals in accordance with established criteria, escalating to the Branch Sales Head for final review. Coordinates with the Domestic Sales Channel to assess new branch locations and avoid market overlap; communicates approved plans to Area Heads. Monitors completion of pre-launch activities (e.g., renovation, regulatory compliance, staffing, marketing) through Area Heads. D. Management and Leadership Provides proactive leadership to direct and indirect reports, developing career and personal growth plans for each team member. Oversees and evaluates the performance of all direct reports, taking necessary actions based on evaluation results. Promotes and sustains high employee morale within the region, ensuring all personnel are aligned with corporate goals and policies. Reviews and approves personnel transfers within or across regions. E. Product Management Support and Internal Coordination Assists the Branch Sales Head in providing input on product pricing and discount structures in coordination with Product and Sales Channel Heads. Coordinates with the ICT Analytics Team and IMCG to obtain market and sales data, using insights to improve branch operations and sales performance. Provides feedback and consultation to Product Groups regarding product development, enhancement, and performance from a sales perspective. F. Other Duties Ensures regional compliance with all regulatory and operational requirements governing pawnshop operations. Recommends process improvements and best practices for operational efficiency. Actively participates in meetings, training programs, and professional development activities. Monitors audit findings and ensures timely resolution by responsible personnel. Approves leave requests of direct reports. Performs other related duties as may be assigned.
