JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in account management, sales leadership or business development role and has demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets within key accounts, preferably in a managerial or leadership capacity.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Regional Sales Management

  • Develops and executes strategic account plans and sales strategies for key clients.
  • Drives revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
  • Provides industry insights and solutions to client challenges.
  • Monitors performance metrics and identifies areas for improvement.
  • Leads client business reviews and strategic planning sessions.

Client Relationship Management

  • Builds strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Resolves complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Collaboration and Alignment

  • Coordinates with internal teams to align resources with client needs.
  • Works closely with Marketing and Operations for effective implementation.

Contract Management and Compliance

  • Negotiates contracts and ensures compliance with service agreements.

Market Research and Best Practices

  • Tracks industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs for data-driven decision making.

Other Duties

  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the company's strategic goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php45, Php55,000.00 per month
