  • The Promo - Support Staff will serve as an in-house brand ambassador for Pet Brand activations, responsible for executing sampling activities, engaging pet owners, and providing product information in a professional and approachable manner. She will ensure proper booth setup, inventory monitoring, and coordination with the BAG team and event partners during activations.

This role has a unique hybrid and flexible setup designed to maximize utilization and efficiency:

Work Assignment and Schedule:

  • Novaliches, Quezon City (Six (6) months, project-based under the agency)
  • On weekends, she will be deployed as the Promo Staff for Pet events, where activations are scheduled during peak consumer hours (3:00 PM to 10:00 PM) in high-foot-traffic stores or venues.
  • On weekdays, she will provide administrative and logistical support at the Novaliches warehouse, assisting Julie and the BAG team in post-activity reporting, inventory tracking, coordination with suppliers, and preparation of sampling materials and giveaways.

Qualifications:

  • College Level
  • With 1-2 years' experience as Promo Staff/Sampler for brand activation and sampling in events and supermarkets.

Skills:

  • Confident in delivering product spiels and handling consumer Q&As
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Resourceful and trustworthy.
  • Flexible and adaptable to shifting work locations and schedules.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office or Google Workspace).
  • Team player with a positive, proactive attitude

Industry Preference:

  • Preferably with experience as Team leader/coordinator or with extensive experience as promo girl/sampler for activation and events agencies, Exposure to field marketing or merchandising

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php695.00 per day
