Key Responsibilities:

A. Promo Team Management

  • Recruit, train, and oversee a team of promodisers to ensure high performance in customer engagement and brand promotion.
  • Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for the promo team and continuously monitor and optimize their effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Analyze event data to generate insights and provide recommendations for future improvements.

B. Training & Development

  • Develop a comprehensive Promo Team Educational Manual to standardize training procedures.
  • Conduct monthly on-the-job training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the promo team.
  • Educate team members on effective customer engagement techniques, brand messaging, and sales conversion strategies.

C. Stock & Inventory Management

  • Oversee stock inventories, ensuring sufficient promotional materials and products are available for events and activations.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure seamless inventory flow and minimize shortages or overstock.
  • Implement tracking systems to monitor stock usage and ensure accountability within the promo team.

D. Financial Oversight

  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers, manage vendor relationships, and implement financial controls to ensure budget compliance.
  • Optimize event budgets while maintaining high-quality standards.

E. Team Work

  • Provide assistance across all marketing-related activities, not limited to the responsibilities listed above.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and successful marketing outcomes.

Qualifications

-3+ years of proven experience in planning and executing successful events (on-ground) ; agency or retail experience is a plus.

-Strong strategic thinking, creativity, flexibility and problem-solving skills.

-Excellent organizational, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

-Proficiency in event management software and tools.

Additional Information

-A basic understanding of the differences between each region in the Philippines.

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English

  • Passion for basketball or other sports is highly preferred.

  • This position requires traveling to the site for on-location inspections before the event execution.

  • Eligible for transportation and travel allowance.
