In this full-time role, you will be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining financial records, and supporting the overall accounting functions of the organisation. What you'll be doing

  • Process payroll for all employees, including calculating wages, deductions, and benefits
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are properly recorded
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and other accounting documents
  • Provide support to the accounting team as needed

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a payroll or accounting role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
