* About the Role

As the Promo Team Lead, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of field promotions across various locations. You'll lead and train a team of brand ambassadors and promo staff to ensure campaigns are executed with energy and excellence—especially in sports-driven activations.

* Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage the promo team for field operations and sports-related events

· Ensure proper deployment and scheduling of promo staff in key locations

· Oversee on-ground execution of marketing campaigns and brand activations

· Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights

· Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, events) to ensure seamless operations, including ingress and egress scheduling arrangement.

· Ensure all activities comply with brand standards and local regulations

· Conduct training and evaluations for promo staff to maintain high performance

· Set up KPI metrics for promo team, and monitor promodisers' performance

· Manage inventory, attendance, and documentation related to field activations

* Qualifications

· At least 2 years of experience in promotions, field marketing, or event execution

· Proven leadership skills in managing promo teams or brand ambassadors

· Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

· Must have a passion for sports and basic knowledge of basketball

· Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

· Must be open to travel or reassignment to different activation sites as needed

· Background in FMCG, sales, retail, sports, or event management is preferred
