GVN is a Manila-based brand dedicated to crafting timeless leather bags and shoes designed for your everyday adventures. We're on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive Contract-Based Operations Manager to join our growing team.

In this dynamic role, you'll be at the heart of our operations—managing inventory, connecting with our customers, and ensuring that everything runs like clockwork. Your contribution will be vital in keeping our inventory sharp and our customers happy

Set-up:

  • Temporary, Sept–Dec/Jan only
  • Makati | Mon–Sat, 10AM–7PM (with WFH flexibility)

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-2 year/s experience in Retail Operations (preferably in the clothing/footwear/other similar industries)
  • Proactive, highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong leadership skills Daily Operations

Role

Operations

  • Order Fulfillment Leadership: Lead the team to ensure duties are carried out effectively, all products meet quality standards, and orders are fulfilled within the promised timeline.
  • Order Processing: Accurately verify and process online orders, including payment confirmation.
  • Order Organization: Categorize orders and ensure packing slips are ready (pre-orders, in-stock, etc.).
  • Delivery Coordination: Arrange timely deliveries with couriers.

Inventory Management

  • Lead Inventory Counts: Keep our stock levels accurate and up-to-date.
  • Quality Control: Confirm deliveries and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Stock Monitoring: Keep a close eye on inventory and alert the team when supplies are low.
  • Forecasting: Help predict future raw material needs to keep operations smooth.
  • Storage Supervision: Ensure our products are stored properly to maintain top quality.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously refine our order processing for peak efficiency.

Customer Communication

  • Returns & Exchanges: Oversee the end-to-end process, including restocking, replacements, and refunds.
  • Order Amendments & Support: Serve as the main bridge between the Customer Success and Operations teams, coordinating requests such as size changes, delivery updates, cancellations, and other order adjustments.

Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
