Merchandising Division Manager MAP Active Philippines

Job Summary:
Maximize the sales volume potential, sales value and profitability of the brand and achieve sales objective/target in the business plan through periodic brand performance review, by taking practical and appropriate actions in compliance with brand's standard.
Key Area of Responsibilities:
- Analyzing, planning merchandise range and buying based on historical data and upcoming trends.
- Allocation, planning and distribution channel review related with the buying to maximize sales potential.
- Coordinate with the Principal on a regular basis throughout the buying cycle in relation to review challenges and opportunities in building the merchandise selection, ordering and delivery of product.
- Develop and execute monthly, seasonal and annual budgets; forecast in order to improve sales, margin and inventory level.
- Analysis related to business execution and planning (brand level and store level), both for Company and Principal.
- Undertake pricing activities and monitors Open-to-Buy / Merchandise Plan calculation.
- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements
