Responsibilities:

1) Warehouse Logistical Coordination: Responsible for receiving deliveries, inspecting goods, and coordinating proper labeling/storage.

2) PR and Event Kit Packing and Dispatch: Prepare, pack, and coordinate delivery of PR and event kits to key contacts.

3) Supply Procurement: Manages the procurement process for warehouse supplies, ensuring accurate inventory records.

3) Inventory Cycle Management: Conducts regular cycle counts of warehouse inventory to verify accuracy. Resolves inventory discrepancies and maintains data integrity.

4) Facility and Warehouse Maintenance: Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized office and warehouse environment.

Qualifications:

1) Experience: Previous work experience in logistics and event support roles.

2) Technical Proficiency: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Drive) for inventory, and managing documents.

3) Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks such as inventory, event logistics, and administrative duties with attention to detail.

4) Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines, especially in event preparation and dispatch coordination.

5) Problem-Solving: Quick-thinking and resourceful in handling logistical challenges during events or daily operations.

6) Communication Skills: Basic verbal and written communication for coordinating with couriers and team members.
