System Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to bridge business requirements with technical solutions. The role requires strong expertise in financial systems, system integrations, and full project lifecycle delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Deliver at least 3 end-to-end projects from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Document system processes, data mapping, and integration points.
  • Develop and execute test cases to validate solutions against business needs.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend solutions.
  • Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation validation.
  • Communicate effectively between business and technical teams.

Qualifications:

  • 3–10 years' experience as a Systems Analyst or IT Analyst (financial services preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of financial transactions and banking flows.
  • Experience with system implementations/integrations and multiple touchpoints.
  • Skilled in documentation (BRDs, FRDs, process/data flow diagrams).
  • Proficient in test planning and execution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure Services or similar.
  • Knowledge of ETL, Azure Data Factory/Lake, Databricks, or MDM platforms.
  • Familiarity with data architecture, integration patterns, or ITIL framework.

Initial 6 to 1-year contract (for extension)
