Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable Tax Management
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis for management decision-making.
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
  • Implement process improvements and internal controls to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives and resolve financial-related issues.

Qualifications

  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role (preferably in manufacturing or FMCG industry).
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), taxation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
