
HR Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling employee relations concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
- Support in conducting employee orientation, engagement activities, and communication programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including 201 files, contracts, attendance, and leave monitoring.
- Encode HR-related data into the HRIS or manual systems (employment records, and reports).
- Assist in the preparation of HR documents such as memos, contracts, clearances, and certificates.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding employee requests, policies, and compliance.
- Provide support in the implementation of HR programs, policies, and procedures.
- Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the HR Supervisor/Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related course.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry.
- Knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and HR processes is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and confidentiality in handling employee information.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to deal with employees across all levels.
- Willing to work on-site and adapt to the demands of a manufacturing setup.
