Qualifications:

  • Experience in supervising accounting operations and managing reportorial requirements

Essential Functions:
  • Supervise and monitor all accounting operations to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Assist in the month-end closing process of the books of accounts
  • Provide weekly cash flow updates to headquarters
  • Prepare monthly management reports for internal stakeholders
  • Compile and submit reports to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and other regulatory agencies
  • Oversee the preparation of all financial reports and tax filings
  • Manage overall administrative tasks, including registration, licensing, and office/store rental matters
  • Perform additional functions as assigned to meet organizational needs
