Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Oversee inventory accounting processes, including costing, shrinkage monitoring, and reconciliation.
  • Manage cash flow operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of sales, discounts, returns, and promotional expenses.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Implement and enforce internal controls to prevent fraud and financial discrepancies.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and efficiency within the team.
  • Assign tasks, review work, and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred but not required).
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Retail industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and retail accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or retail-specific ERP systems).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work at our location on 6th Avenue, Caloocan City.
