Job Summary:

The HR Supervisor (Lead position) will support the human resources department in delivering effective HR services including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Coordinate and support recruitment efforts (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, etc.)
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation for new hire

Employee Relations:

  • Address employee concerns and grievances professionally and confidentially
  • Foster a positive and compliant workplace culture

HR Operations & Administration:

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation

Compliance and Policy Implementation:

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies
  • Assist in policy development and communication

Performance and Development:

  • Support performance appraisal processes and feedback sessions
  • Assist in organizing training and development programs
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Assist with payroll inputs, government remittances, and benefits processing
  • Coordinate with finance and third-party providers as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role
  • Familiar with Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
  • Workspace and MS Office Suite.
