SM Kenko Sauna Corp. is seeking a full-time Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales and revenue growth for our prestigious SM Kenko Spa brand located within our hotel properties.

Job Description:

  • Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand our SM Kenko Spa client base
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients to secure recurring business
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts and sales agreements to maximize profitability
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, operations and finance teams to support sales initiatives
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and provide regular performance reports

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within the hospitality or spa/wellness industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
  • Proficient in using CRM software and data analysis tools
  • Passionate about the spa and wellness industry with a customer-centric mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
