We're looking for the
Affiliate Marketing Specialist
role to join our team at our
Philippine
-based office.

  • Basic salary range:
    30K–55K Philippine Pesos
  • Additional benefits:
    Monthly incentive & transportation allowance
  • Work setting:
    Onsite (WFO), Monday to Friday
  • Working hours:
    9:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Break: 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM
    )

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit affiliates to collaborate on product campaigns;
  • Build and manage scalable affiliate programs, including performance tracking, payouts, and optimization;
  • Coordinate with creators to ensure high-quality UGC output aligned with our brand's tone and goals;
  • Draft or refine scripts, briefs, and guidelines to guide content creators effectively;
  • Maintain and grow strong relationships with creator partners and affiliate collaborators;
  • Analyze campaign results and make strategic recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and conversions;
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align UGC efforts with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal;
  • Experience in business development, affiliate marketing, or influencer partnerships;
  • Highly organized and performance-driven, with a strong sense of ownership;
  • Strong attention to detail in both creative and operational tasks;
  • Passionate about skincare, beauty, and the creator economy;
