JOB SUMMARY:

The Marketing Officer assists in implementing marketing campaigns, managing events, and coordinating with partners to support brand visibility and subscriber growth.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Report directly to the AVP for Network Distribution.
  • Coordinate with affiliate Marketing Executives on marketing and programming concerns.
  • Work with the WBD affiliate marketing team on activities for cable operators.
  • Manage the annual marketing fund provided by program partners; ensure proper allocation for marketing and sales activities (per project basis).
  • Coordinate with Billing and Collection for finance-related tasks (e.g., WBD Ariba, liquidations, accounts receivable).
  • Plan and execute channel-specific campaigns and promotions for cable operators' subscribers.
  • Liaise with channel providers for sales team requirements.
  • Organize and support events and promotional activities (e.g., roadshows, conventions) in coordination with cable operators, program providers, and industry associations — from planning to post-event evaluation.
  • Supervise the production of marketing materials such as posters, brochures, and premium items.
  • Assess marketing support requests from cable operators and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Act as the point of contact between the sales team and program providers for sales and marketing concerns, including channel and industry updates.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of marketing and premium items.
  • Serve as host for roadshows and internal company events (e.g., anniversaries, Christmas parties).
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing.

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in marketing, including event and brand management, client coordination, and hosting.

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
